Where did you get the right?

Where did you get the right to use a name that belongs to someone, without even asking? I think it's appauling and you should change it as soon as possible. The last thing I need is more jokes about my name.

Who am I?

I am Joy Bitterman, that's who.

I'm not exactly how to respond to this, but the character's name is also Joy Bitterman. Marshall mentions it in passing in the episode "The Heartbreak Kids." I believe the conversation goes something the lines of:

Marshall: (sadly) Oh, Joy.

Sonny: (sarcastically) Don't sound so happy.

Marshall: No, that's her name, Joy.
