William Steven "Kelly" Blatz (born 1987 in Burbank, Los Angeles) is an American actor who had the lead role in the Disney XD original series Aaron Stone (Rated TV-Y7, FV) and starred in the movie Skyrunners (Rated TV-PG). Blatz guest starred in the episode "Sonny With a Chance of Dating" as James Conroy, Tawni Hart's ex-boyfriend.
