"HottiE.M.T." is a sketch that appears in "Guess Who's Coming to Guest Star". It is about a girl who is so obsessed with a paramedic that she hangs out in his favorite cafe and injures herself in the hopes of meeting him.

Background[]

In the original HottiE.M.T. sketch, the paramedic was supposed to heal the girl's stubbed toe with a bandage, but then Marshall rewrote the script and made the girl and the paramedic kiss instead. Sonny is trying her best to get out of having to do the sketch after Marshall adds the kiss. She is able to convince Tawni to do the sketch for her, because Tawni has already fallen for Chad's charm and cannot fall for it again. But when Tawni's Coco Moco Coco lipstick runs out and Nico and Grady, who have taken over Marshall's office and job to some extent, fail to order her the correct lipstick, she backs out of the sketch until her needs are met.

Plot (After the Final Edit)[]

The sketch opens to the paramedic's favorite cafe. The paramedic, with his first aid kit, is waiting in line, while the girl is watching him from near the front of the line. She runs over to a couch towards the front of the set and smacks her foot off it. She calls out for help from the paramedic, and the paramedic comes over to see if he can help her. She sits down on the couch and shows him her stubbed toe. He reveals to her that he believes her stubbed toe is in fact rubber. He stands up to leave, but she pulls out a mallet from next to the couch and whacks her other toe with it. She calls him back to help her. He comes back to help her, instructing her to put some ice on her toe and stop hitting it with a mallet. He stands up to leave again, but she stops him by crinkling a plastic bottle in her hand and pretending her arm is injured. He comes back and tells her if she stops pretending to hurt herself, then he will kiss her. Sonny breaks character at this moment and tells Chad she will kiss him for real when pigs fly. The two begin leaning in for the kiss, but are stopped when a pig flies into Sonny's lap. She then shoves the pig in Chad's face and makes him kiss the pig. The sketch ends with Sonny laughing and Chad making a disgusted face.

Trivia[]

This marks the only sketch Chad appears in, in Season 1.
The part of the paramedic was going to be played by Jackson Tyler of the Tridark Saga, but, due to a cancellation, was replaced by Chad.
This sketch also shows that Sonny is falling for Chad, Chad is also falling for Sonny.
