Background[]
Devon is MacKenzie's half brother who wants the bottled-water business for himself and despises MacKenzie for having inherited it from their father when their father went missing. He is the founder and only member of the company "VIM (Vengeance Is Mine)." He dedicates most of his time to devising plans to steal the business from MacKenzie. He also appears to fence, usually against MacKenzie. In the yearbook, he's listed as "least likely to forgive and forget."
