Bella (Siobhan Fallon Hogan) is Gassie's strict owner in the episode "Gassie Passes."
Personality[]
Bella is very stern with Gassie and is very careful to avoid showing him love or affection. She has an accent and she does not believe in being loving with the dog because her "mumsy" never was with her. She is also greedy and willingly abandons Gassie when he is unable to perform. By the end of the episode, though, she has chosen to be more affectionate with her dog. She does not appear to be amused by or fond of the So Random! cast (especially Sonny). It is possible she will appear again; as a cameo if they will do another Gassie sketch in So Random! the series.
